The Golfer is a Supported Independent Living (SIL) home in a newly established estate in Gympie, close to a local golf course. The quiet neighbourhood has access to shops, health services, parks and everyday amenities.
We plan support around each resident’s NDIS goals, preferences and daily routines. We focus on consistent support, respect and getting to know the people who live in the home.
Participants, families and Support Coordinators can contact Bloom to ask about availability, support needs and household compatibility. We discuss these factors before recommending a placement.
