Personality & Interests
We look for genuine compatibility — shared interests, communication styles and social preferences.
Routine Compatibility
Sleep schedules, activity preferences and daily rhythms all influence whether a household will thrive.
Support Alignment
Support ratios, behavioural considerations and health needs are carefully assessed before any recommendation.
Long-Term Stability
We think beyond the immediate placement to the long-term wellbeing of every person in the home.
