About Bloom Supports
Supporting people to live life their way.
The best support starts with understanding the person. Everything we do is built around each individual's goals, preferences and the life they want to live.

Why Bloom Supports exists
We started Bloom Supports with a simple belief: every person deserves support that's built around them.
A place to belong
We believe the right household can make all the difference. That's why we take the time to carefully match participants and create homes where people can feel comfortable, respected and supported.
Meaningful relationships
Great support is built on trust. That's why we focus on building genuine relationships and creating consistent teams, so participants can feel comfortable, supported and confident in the people around them.
Real independence
Independence isn't the absence of support. It's being able to make genuine choices. We design our supports around what matters most to each person, not what's easiest to deliver.
Genuine choice
Participants should have a say in who supports them, how their day is structured and what matters to them. We take that seriously at every level.
Long-term stability
Frequent staff changes and disrupted households cause real harm. We prioritise continuity with stable teams, stable homes and relationships built to last.
Dignity and respect
This should go without saying. To us, dignity means treating every person as an equal, respecting their choices, protecting their privacy and recognising their right to live life on their own terms.
Our approach
Good support isn't a product you buy. It's a relationship you build — with participants, with families, with the broader support network and with the community.
Participant matching that actually works
Before any placement, we take the time to understand who a person is — not just their funding or diagnosis. Compatible households thrive. Mismatched ones don't. We take that responsibility seriously.
Open, honest communication
Support Coordinators and families shouldn't have to chase us. We communicate proactively — on timelines, capacity, incidents and progress. Transparency builds trust, and trust makes good support possible.
Collaboration over prescription
The people who know a participant best are their family, Support Coordinators and allied health team. We listen to them. We co-design support plans. We don't arrive with a fixed template.
Long-term relationships over short-term fixes
We're not interested in filling vacancies to meet a target. We're interested in building households where people genuinely want to live — and teams who genuinely want to be there.
Quality that doesn't slip
Registered NDIS providers are held to high standards. We hold ourselves to higher ones. Our governance, incident management and staff development frameworks exist because participants deserve consistency — not luck.
Support that grows with you
A person's needs change. Their goals evolve. We design support with flexibility built in — so participants can grow without having to start over somewhere new.
Our values in practice
Values only mean something when they show up in the decisions you make every day. Here's what ours look like.
Respecting individuality
Every person we support is a fully formed human being with preferences, quirks, history and ambitions. We never treat anyone as a diagnosis or a funding category.
Building genuine relationships
We choose staff who genuinely connect with participants — not just capable hands, but people who show up, remember the details and care about outcomes.
Supporting independence
Our job is to make ourselves less necessary over time. We actively support participants to build skills, confidence and connections — not dependency.
Working collaboratively
Good support doesn't happen in isolation. We work alongside families, Support Coordinators, allied health and the broader team around every participant.
Creating stable homes
Stability is a foundation for everything else. We invest in staff retention, household compatibility and consistent routines because we know instability causes harm.
Growing with participants
We're not a static provider. As participants' goals, needs and circumstances change, we adapt. The best providers grow alongside the people they support.
Meet the team
Bloom Supports is built on the people who show up every day — directors who set the direction, managers who hold the culture, and support workers who make the difference.
Rooted in community
Bloom Supports isn't a large national provider with remote offices. We are a local Queensland team, working in the communities where our participants live, and committed to the regions we serve.
Gympie
Home to our first SIL property, Gympie is a close-knit regional city with great community spirit and excellent access to local amenities, parks and services.
Sunshine Coast
From Caloundra to Noosa, we operate across the Sunshine Coast — a vibrant region with strong allied health networks and excellent NDIS infrastructure.
Wide Bay
The Wide Bay region is where many of our participants grew up and where their communities are. We are committed to supporting people to stay connected to the places they love.
